Overview
The RPI or Remote Power Injector is intended to supply power to the Rane DR6 and RAD26 when they are used in conjunction with rackmount HAL units. The DR6 and RAD26 are remote system controllers for devices connected to a Rane HAL (Halogen) system via Cat5e cables. HAL rackmount processors don't supply display power to the DR6 and RAD26 so the RPI is needed. The power injector can be connected anywhere between the HAL processor and the controller within a distance of 325 feet and uses a standard IEC cable for its power input.
